Q. How soon will my order be shipped?

A.We ship orders as soon as possible; often the same day we receive the order, and almost always by the next day. If there is going to be a delay, we'll contact you to let you know, and give you some options. We are closed Sundays and Mondays and do not process or ship orders on those days; the exception to that rule is if we are experiencing a high volume of sales (such as the holiday season).

Q. How will you ship my order?

A. We ship all our packages via USPS Priority Mail. We're approximately a half-hour from the nearest UPS station so that's not really even an option for us. If you need something shipped at a faster rate (2nd day Air, etc.) you will need to contact us for those shipping rates.

Q. Will you ship outside the US?

A. Yes, we'll gladly ship your order anywhere in the world. However, our shopping cart is not currently set up to calculate international shipping costs. Please read the next question for information on how to place an international order.

Q. What are your shipping rates?

A. For US Customers: Shipping costs are based on the dollar amount of the merchandise you order, and are as follows:

Up to $10.00 = $5.00
$10.01 to $20.00 = $6.00
$21.01 - $40.00 = $8.50
$40.01-$60.00 = $10.00
$60.01 - $80.00 = $11.50
$80.01 - $100.00 = $13.00
Over $100 = FREE

For International Customers: We will gladly ship your order anywhere in the world! But unfortunately our shopping cart is not currently set up to handle international orders. Please send us an email and let us know what country you live in, and what items you'd like to purchase. We will calculate exact shipping costs and let you know your total.

Q. What if my order arrives damaged?

A. Overall we have had a wonderful experience shipping with the USPS. Priority mail is usually delivered within 2-3 days and in excellent condition. There *are* exceptions to that rule, however. If your item arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, please let us know ASAP. We will make sure that you receive what you have paid for. We also use the USPS free e-delivery confirmation system, which can be helpful in tracking down lost packages.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

A. At this time, we accept the following forms of payments: paypal payments (to shop@prairielandherbs.com), Visa, Mastercard, Discover, personal checks, money orders. If you are uncomfortable placing your order online, simply use the shopping cart system we've set up, and you will have an option to send in your payment via mail, or you can call us with your payment information at (515)438-4268.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. We are proud of our products, and want you to be happy with them. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us and we will offer you a refund or exchange.

Q. Are there other places I can purchase your items?

A. Yes, a select number of stores carry our items. Here's a list - if you are looking for a specific item, please call one of these locations to see if they have it.
