Ciderberry Jelly1 1/2 cups chokecherry or cherry juice
Follow the recipe (found in Ball's Blue Book or box of Certo) for making jelly....couldn't be simpler, but makes a wonderful jelly that is a beautiful red color with a hint of spicy sweetness. Makes at least 8 1/2 pint jars. A *wonderful* holiday gift idea. I have personally only tried this with chokecherries and sour cherries so far, but I also think it would be delicious with red currant juice. MMMM!
