Parmesan Herb Crisps

1st place winner, 2005 Iowa State Fair

8 oz. parmesean cheese*
1/4 tsp. ground basil
1/8 tsp. ground marjoram
1/8 tsp. powdered garlic

Preheat oven to 350 degress. Grate the cheese in the large holes of a
box grater. Mix cheese and powdered/ground herbs. Do not use fresh or
herb chunks as these will burn. On a silpat on a standard cookie
sheet, place evenly spaced mounds of the cheese mixture. Bake in the
350 degree oven for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 5
minutes and remove from the silpat. Store tightly covered.

*Maggies note: I'd possibly add more herbs, if it was me. These are good as-is for a little snack, or would be really delicious served with some soup, or a dip. She served them with her Red Pepper Cheese Dip and her Sage Cheese.
